If you missed out on a place on the recent national Realising the Ambition sessions, more are now planned exclusively for staff across the Northern Alliance local authorities, which inlcudes Highland. Education Scotland, in collaboration with the Northern Alliance Early Years Workstream, are offering a ‘Realising the Ambition: Being Me – introductory overview session’ for educators and others who have a role in supporting ELC settings and schools in the recovery year.
This session intends to bring together people in a virtual place to gain a deeper and shared understanding of the key messages contained in Realising the Ambition: Being Me.
The audience for this targeted programme of professional learning is educators and others who have a role in supporting early learning and childcare settings (ELC) and schools in the recovery year.
Who should attend?
- Early Years Practitioners across the Northern Alliance including teachers, ELC staff and managers, childminders, educators and others.

There are two sessions planned which will take place on Wednesday the 13th of January from 3.30pm until 5pm and Tuesday the 19th of January from 3.30pm until 5pm. These are repeated sessions so staff should pick one to attend.
