Staff starting a new role in ELC will be required to complete a staff induction and become familiar with the Early Learning and Childcare National Induction Resource. Staff should speak to their line manager as soon as possible if they have not yet taken part in the induction process. The National Induction Resource applies to all staff working in Early Learning and Childcare and should be accessed regardless of the length of time in post
As well as accessing the National Induction Resource staff may also be provided with an induction relevant to their setting. If in doubt about any aspect of their job, staff should speak to their line manager as soon as possible.
