Online training on Quality Observation in ELC can now be booked via CPD. It will take place on 18th February (In-service day) from 10.00am – 11.00am
The aim of the training is to develop an understanding of the purpose, value and process of observation and to develop skills in undertaking and documenting high quality learning observations.
We will be exploring :
- Why we observe children’s play, learning and development
- How we effectively observe children’s play, learning and development
- How we record and document children’s learning and development through quality observations
- How we effectively use quality observations to support future learning and secure progress
